Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku vymáhání pohledávek po splatnosti a jejich zajištění. Poskytuje přehled o procesu vymáhání pohledávek v nalézacím řízení dle občanského soudního řádu a rozhodčího řízení a v řízení vykonávácím dle exekučního řádu a výkonu rozhodnutí. Dále se zabývá analýzou pohledávek a závazků konkrétního podnikatele a zobrazuje stav pohledávek po splatnosti tohoto podnikatele. Na základě získaných informací je zvolen nejefektivnější způsob vymáhání pohledávek podnikatele MOHLIS, družstvo. My bachelor thesis is focused on issues of debt collection overdue and security. Provides an overview of the process of recovery in the first-instance proceedings under the Civil Procedure Code and arbitration proceedings and the enforcement of law and enforceable by execution. Then it deals with analysis of the debts and obligations concrete enterpreneur and demonstrates condition of the debts after maturity of this enterpreneur. On the base of recognized informations is selected the most effective way of debts collection of enterpreneur MOHLIS,druzstvo.
