Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na logistiku a studii řízení zásob. V teoretické části jsou charakterizovány základní pojmy a představeny vybrané metody. Další část je praktická, ve které se zaměřím na analýzu zásob, a následně budou navržena opatření vedoucí k vyřešení nalezených problémů v tomto podniku. The thesis deals with the study of logistics and inventory management. In the theoretical part are characterized by basic concepts and presented the selected methods. The next part is practical in which will focus on the analysis of inventory and subsequently the proposed measures in order to solve problems found in this company.
