Předmětem bakalářské práce je novostavba bytového domu v Havlíčkově Brodě. Bytový je navržen jako dvoupodlažní, samostatně stojící, částečně zasazený v terénu. Bytový dům se skládá ze čtyř bytových jednotek, každá z nich je určena pro čtyřčlennou rodinu. Nad prvním nadzemním podlažím je částečně pochozí vegetační střecha a konstrukce druhého nadzemního podlaží. Z bytů ve druhém nadzemním podlaží je umožněn přístup na tuto pochozí střechu. Svislé nosné konstrukce jsou ze systému Porotherm a ztraceného bednění vyplněného betonem C20/25 a výztuží B500B. Stropní konstrukce jsou tvořeny předpjatými stropními panely Spiroll. Součástí objektu jsou venkovní stání pro osobní automobily. Projekt i vizualizace byly zpracovány v programu ArchiCad. Veškeré konstrukce odpovídají platným normám a předpisům. The main topic of this bachelor thesis is design of a new apartment building in Havlíčkův Brod. It is designed as a two-floor building with partial basement. The apartment building contains four separate apartments each of which is meant for a four member family. There is a partly walkable vegetation roof and the construction of the second floor above the first floor. Access to the walkable roof from the apartments in the second floor is available. The vertical supporting structures are ceramic Porotherm system and shuttering system filled with concrete C20/25 and reinforcement steel B500B. Ceiling structures are made from prestressed floor panels Spiroll. The outside parking is included on the building plot. Both the designs and visualization were elaborated in the ArchiCad software. The designs meet the valid standards and regulations.
