Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh novostavby bytového domu v Moravské Chrastové. Pozemek určený pro výstavbu se nachází ve svahu ve východní části obce. Objekt je navržen jako samostatně stojící, s jedním suterénním podlažím a čtyřmi nadzemními podlažími, přičemž poslední nadzemní podlaží je řešené jako ustupující. V objektu se nachází 11 bytových jednotek, umístěných v nadzemních podlažích. Suterén objektu slouží technickým a skladovacím účelům – je zde umístěna technická místnost, sklepní kóje, sklad, kolárna a kočárkárna, sušárna, úklidová místnost a společenská místnost. Ze všech bytů je přístup na předsazený balkón nebo terasu. Objekt propojuje tříramenné schodiště a bezbariérová výtah. Objekt je zastřešen plochou střechou rozdělenou na 2 části: pochozí, která je využitá jako terasa pro byty ve 4NP a nepochozí částí. Svislý konstrukční systém je zděný z keramického zdiva a v suterénním podlaží je zdivo přilehlé k zemině řešeno jako železobetonové. Vodorovný konstrukční systém tvoří filigránové panely, které jsou následně zmonolitněné. The subject of this bachelor's thesis is design of apartment building in Moravská Chrastová. The land intendet for construction is located on slope in the eastern part of village. The building is designet as a free-standing, with one basement floor and four above-ground floors, while last above-floor is designet as a recessive. The building has 11 housing units, situated in above-ground floors. The basement of building is used as technical and storage premises - there are a technical room, cellars, warehouse, bicycle room, pram room, drying room, cleaning room and common room. All housing units hava access to balcony or terrace. The building is connected by a three-arm staircase adn a barrier-free elevator. The apartment building is covered by flat roof devidet into two parts: a walkable, whitch is used as a terrace for apartments in 4th floor and non-walkable part. The vertical construction systém is made of brick masonry and in the basement floor, whitch is adjectid to the ground is made of reinforced concrete wall. The horizontal construction system consists of filigree panels, whitch are solidified.
