Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá plánovaním výrobnej kapacity s podporou Lean managementu. Obsahuje teoretické východiská k danej problematike, vrátane rešerše relevantných noriem. Výsledkom práce je zavedenie plánovania výrobnej kapacity s vybranými prvkami štíhlej výroby v rodinnom strojárskom mikropodniku NTW s.r.o. s cieľom zefektívniť firemné procesy. This diploma thesis deals with a production capacities planning supported by Lean management. It contains theoretical background to the issue, including an overview of relevant standards. The outcome of the work is an introduction of production capacity planning with certain elements of lean production in the family engineering microbusiness NTW s.r.o. in order to make business processes more effective.
