Cílem diplomové práce je krátký přehled kartografické tvorby pro zrakově postižené, zhodnocení vybraných děl a vytvoření návrhu Školního atlasu pro slabozraké. Součástí diplomové práce jsou přílohy s ukázkovými listy zobrazujícími Austrálii. Koncept celého atlasu a výsledné mapové listy Austrálie jsou vytvořeny v programu MicroStation. The aim of this degree thesis is to create a brief summary of cartographic production for visually impaired people, to evaluate selected works and to create an Asthenopia School Atlas draft. Sample sheets showing an asthenopic map of Australia are included in the appendix of the degree thesis. The MicroStation application program was used for the atlas draft creation as well as for the creation of the Australia map sample sheets.
