Predmetom diplomovej práce je novostavba administratívnej budovy a výrobnej haly, ktoré budú na seba nadväzovať. Administratívny objekt uvažuje s tromi nadzemnými podlažiami, výrobná hala menších rozmerov bude mať len jedno podlažie. Objekt bude plniť funkciu občianskej vybavenosti a zároveň bude mať výrobný charakter za účelom zisku stavebníka. Hlavným účelom práce je návrh dispozičného, konštrukčného a materiálového riešenia. The subject of the thesis is the new construction of an administrative building and a production hall, which will be connected to each other. The administrative building is considering three above--ground floors, the smaller production hall will have only one floor. The building will fulfill the function of a local amenities and at the same time will have a production character for the purpose of the builder's profit. The main purpose of the work is the design of layout, structural and material solutions.
