Diplomová práce je zaměřena na stanovení a porovnání cen pozemků dotčených s výstavbou silniční komunikace, před vykupováním a během vykupování. Na základě získaných výsledků bylo provedeno průměrné zhodnocení pozemků. Rozdíl cen je dán tím, že před vykupováním se převážně jednalo o pozemky zemědělské a během vykupování se již jedná o pozemky stavební. Je to způsobeno i stavbou, která má být na něm postavena a také náklady na připravenost pozemku The thesis is focused on the assessment and comparison of land prices which are connected to the construction of roads, before and during the redemption. Based on gained results was made the average evaluation of land. The price difference stems from the fact that before the redemption was a mostly agricultural land and during the redemption was already building land. This is due the construction which to be built on it and also the costs of readiness of the land
