Předmětem zadané bakalářské práce je analýza technologie výroby hřídele pro pohon zemědělského stroje. Po rozboru technické dokumentace práce obsahuje analýzu stávající výroby v podmínkách firmy. Vlastním cílem bakalářské práce je navržení technologie zadané součástky z hlediska efektivnější výroby, která obsahuje celkem šest alternativních technologií. Dílčí varianty jsou propočteny a graficky znázorněny. Pro inovaci výroby jsou doporučeny varianty využití vícestrojové obsluhy, změny obráběcích nástrojů a změna technologického postupu, při kterých se dosahují významné úspory výrobních nákladů. The subject of the assigned bachelor’s thesis is to analyse the production technology for shaft agricultural machinery drive. After analysing the technical documentation, the thesis includes the analysis of current production conditions in the company. The main goal of the thesis is to design a technology of components, specified in terms of more efficient production, which includes six alternative technologies in total. Sub-variants are calculated and graphically displayed. To innovate the production process there are recommended variants of usage of multi-machine operator, change of machine tools and change of technological processes. Thanks to it the significant cost savings are achieved.
