Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zpracování projektu novostavby bytového domu v Malenovicích. Místem stavby je parcela č. 801/305 v katastrálním území Malenovice u Zlína, která se nachází na okraji sídliště. Stavba tak plynule navazuje na okolní zástavbu. Součástí stavby jsou i místa pro parkování a chodníky v blízkosti bytového domu. V objektu se nachází celkem 13 bytů různých velikostí, které nabízejí bydlení pro 2 až 4 osoby. Celková projektovaná kapacita je 36 osob. Budova má čtyři nadzemní podlaží a je částečně podsklepena. Střecha je plochá, ve 4.NP je z bytů přístup na terasu. V suterénu se nachází technické zázemí a prostory pro skladování. Objekt je vyzděn z keramických tvárnic, stropy jsou skládané ze stropních nosníků a keramických vložek. Obvodové zdivo je zatepleno kontaktním zateplovacím systémem. Součástí práce je také posouzení z hlediska tepelné techniky, akustiky a požární ochrany. Target of this Bachelor‘s thesis is a project of a new apartment building in Malenovice. Building is placed on parcel no. 801/305 of cadastre unit Malenovice near Zlín. Plot is located at the end of the housing estate, so building blends smoothly with the surroundings. There are also parking spaces and pavements near the building. There is a total of 13 flats of various sizes, providing living for 2, 3 or 4 people. Total projected capacity is 36 people. Building is a four-storey with a partial basement. The roof is flat, the 4th floor has access to the terrace. In the basement are located technical facilities and storage spaces. Building is built with ceramic blocks, ceiling is made with beams and ceramic inserts. External walls are insulated with an external thermal insulation system. Bachelor‘s thesis also includes assessment of thermal technology, acoustic and fire safety.
