Předmětem diplomové práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace k provedení novostavby polyfunkčního domu v katastrálním území Židlochovice města Židlochovice. Objekt je navržen jako samostatně stojící částečně bezbariérová budova se třemi nadzemními a jedním podzemním podlažími. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se nachází restaurace s kapacitou 60 osob a k ní přiléhá kavárna v druhém podlaží, ke které přiléhá terasa s kapacitou 30 osob. Dále se zde nachází zázemí restaurace, v další částech prvního podlaží se nacházejí tří prodejní prostory se zázemím a zařízení stomatologie s pěti ordinacemi a zázemím. Druhé nadzemní podlaží je rozděleno na dva samostatné celky, na část kde se nachází čtyři bytové jednotky a části ve které je situována již zmíněná kavárna a kancelářské prostory. V prostoru podzemního podlaží se nachází hromadné parkoviště se 16 parkovacími stáními a technickým zázemí objektu. Objekt je založen na základových pasech z prostého betonu a základových patek ze železobetonu. Nosnou konstrukci tvoří zděný systém z keramických tvarovek typu Therm. Objektu je zastřešena plochou vegetační střechou. Výkresová část je zpracována v programu AutoCAD. The subject of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of a new multifunctional building in the cadastral area Židlochovice Židlochovice. The building is designed as a separate, partly barrier-free building with three above-ground and one underground floors. On the first floor there is a restaurant with a capacity of 60 people and there is a café on the second floor, adjacent to a terrace with a capacity of 30 people. It is also located here restaurant facilities, in other parts of the first floor there are three retail outlets with facilities and dentistry with five offices and backgrounds. The second floor is divided into two separate units, where four residential units and a part of the aforementioned café and office premises are located. In the underground floor there is a parking lot with 16 parking spaces and a technical background of the building. The building is based on base concrete and base reinforced concrete floors. The load-bearing structure consists of a brick system made of ceramic Therm-type fittings. The building is roofed with a flat vegetation roof. The drawing part is processed in the program AutoCAD.
