Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem projektu za použití metod projektového managementu. Zároveň se zabývá možností financování projektu, kde je počítáno se spoluprací Evropské unie. Návrh projektu je zpracován tak, aby odpovídal podmínkám konkrétního programu při žádosti o dotace. Hlavním výstupem je specifikace projektu se zaměřením na fázi plánování včetně analýzy rizik a rozpočtu projektu. This master’s thesis describes the project proposal using project management methods. It also deals with the possibility of funding the project, which is calculated with the cooperation of the European Union. The project proposal is developed to suit the requirements of a specific program when applying for grants. The main output is the specification of the project focusing on the planning stage, including risk analysis and project budget.
