Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na studium koroze v místě nýtových spojů panelu letadla v prostředí solné mlhy. Nýtový spoj je tvořen nýtem z materiálu AlCu4Mn, úhelníkem ze slitiny hliníku typu AlCu4Mg1 a plechy z téhož materiálu opatřenými vrstvou hliníku o čistotě 99,5 %. V práci jsou sledovány parametry korozního napadení v místech nýtových spojů a v oblastech styčných ploch mezi plechy. Jedná se o vyhodnocení typu koroze, četnosti výskytu a rozsahu korozního napadení. Soubor naměřených dat byl matematicky zpracován a následně z něj byla vyhodnocena kritická místa konstrukce. This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the corrosion study of part aircraft at the side of riveted joints in the salt spray environment. Riveted joint is made of rivet aluminium alloy AlCu4Mn, square shape is made of aluminium alloy AlCu4Mg1 and sheets are made of the same material coated with aluminium of purity of 99,5 %. The thesis deals with corrosion characteristics at the site of riveted joints and in the area of contact between sheets. It deals with character of corrosion, frequency of occurrence and range of corrosive attack. From the data files were detected critical places of construction.
