Předmětem bakalářské práce je příprava vysokopevnostních polymer – cementových kompozitů na bázi vápenato – hlinitanového cementu a polyvinylalkoholu. Pro macro – defekt – free (MDF) kompozity je charakteristická nízká porózita a absence mikrotrhlin. Hlavním problémem MDF kompozitu je snížená odolnost vůči vodě či vlhkosti, doprovázená snížením pevností. Tyto látky jsou zajímavé svými mechanickými vlastnostmi, kterými převyšují pevnosti běžných materiálů (dřevo, sklo, PMMA…). Představují perspektivní druh materiálu, který by mohl být využit ke konstrukčním účelům. Tepelnou degradací polymeru ovšem dochází ke změnám struktury kompozitu a ke zhoršení mechanických vlastností. Tato práce se zaměřuje na charakterizaci vlivu teplot na změnu struktury, složení materiálu a na mechanické parametry. MDF kompozity byly připraveny na bázi vápenato – hlinitanového cementu, který byl postupně nahrazován žáruvzdornými aditivy. V průběhu práce byly provedeny zkoušky pevnosti v ohybu za různých teplot. Změny složení a struktury byly charakterizované pomocí TG – DTA analýzy, XRD a SEM analýzy. The subject of the barchelor thesis is the preparation of high-strength polymer – cement composites based on the calcium aluminate cement and polyvinylalcohol. For macrodefect–free (MDF) composites are characterized by low porosity and the absence of microcracks. The main problem of the MDF composites is decreased resistance to water or moisture, with a decrease in strength. These compounds are interesting with its mechanical properties, which are greater than the strength of common materials (wood, glass, PMMA,…). Represent perspective type of material that could be used for construction purposes. The thermal degradation of the polymer, however, there are changes in the structure of the composite and to the deterioration of mechanical properties. This thesis is focused on characterization of the effect of temperature change on the structure, material composition and mechanical properties. The MDF composites were prepared based on calcium aluminate cement, which was gradually replaced by refractory additives. During the work was carried out tests of bending strength at various temperatures. Changes in the composition and structure were characterized by TG – DTA, XRD and SEM analysis.
