Návrh dostavby městského bloku na brněnské okružní třídě, poblíž křižovatky Koliště – Cejl. Výchozím předpokladem je přetvoření stávajícího brownfieldu podél ulice Vlhké, na aktivní obytné území. Význam je kladen na propojení nové zástavby z ulice Vlhká, Koliště a centra města. Dostavba kombinuje obytnou a administrativní funkci vzhledem k omezením vyplívajícím z okolního prostředí. Zároveň dochází ke kultivaci okolního veřejného prostoru a tvorbě náměstí. Proposal to build an urban block on the Brno ring road near the Koliště - Cejl junction. The underlying assumption is the transformation of the existing brownfield along Vlhká Street, into an active residential area. The importance is placed on the connection of a new building from Vlhká, Koliště and the city center. The construction combines residential and administrative functions with environmental limitations. At the same time, the surrounding public space is cultivated and the square is created.
