Práce se zabývá stávajícím výrobním technologickým postupem příruby mechanické ucpávky, který obsahuje rozbor veškerého nástrojového a materiálového vybavení, samotný postup se zvolenými řeznými podmínkami a měřícími pomůckami. Následně je zde charakterizována variantní technologie výroby, kde jsou popsány a vysvětleny aplikované změny za účelem dosažení nižších nákladů z ekonomického hlediska. Obě tyto varianty jsou nakonec srovnány a vyhodnoceny. The bachelor thesis deals with the current technological process of the mechanical seal flange production. It contains an analysis of all tool and material equipment, the process itself and it describes selected cutting conditions and measuring aids. Variant production of technology is also characterized here, where the applied changes are described and explained in order to achieve lower costs from an economic point of view. Both variants are finally compared and evaluated.
