Tato práce má za cíl prostudovat opatření, zajišťující bezpečnost osob v objektech se zvýšeným požárním nebezpečím. Konkrétně pak v objektech jmenovaných v zákoně č. 133/1985 Sb. §4 odst. 2h. Porovnat stávající stav v zajištění veletržních objektů ve vybraných zemích EU a v České republice z hlediska legislativy a přijatých opatření. Podrobněji analyzovat stav opatření k ochraně osob v rámci výstavního a veletržního areálu společnosti Veletrhy Brno a.s. Zhodnotit stav a úroveň těchto opatření a navrhnout Metodický list – taktické postupy zásahu při mimořádných událostech ve veletržních budovách. The aim of this Thesis is to study the measures for securing the persons in buildings with higher danger of fire. In particular in buildings included in Act No. 133/1985 Coll. §4 Par. 2h. To compare the existing condition of securing exhibition buildings in the selected EU countries and the Czech Republic from the perspective of legislation and measures adopted. In more detail, to analyze the status of measures for protection of persons within the fairgrounds of the Veletrhy Brno a.s company. To evaluate the state and level of such measures and to propose a Methodological list - tactical procedures of action during emergency events in exhibition buildings.
