Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem zdravotně technických instalací v bytovém domě s komerčními prostory ve městě Ilava. Teoretická část je věnována návrhu zásobníkového ohřevu teplé pitné vody a její možnými variantami. Práce se dále zaměřuje na možné varianty řešení zadané diplomové práce. Výpočetní část a projekt obsahuje návrh splaškové a dešťové kanalizace, vnitřního vodovodu a připojení objektu na stávající sítě technického vybavení. Jedná se o bytový dům, který je z části určený pro komerční prostory a druhá část je určena pro bydlení. Objekt má čtyři nadzemní podlaží a není podsklepen. This thesis describes the design of plumbing in an apartment building with commercial space in Ilava. The theoretical part is devoted to the design of the container hot drinking water and it´s possible alternatives. The work also focuses on possible solutions diploma work. Computational part of a project proposal contains sewage and rainwater drainage, water supply systems and connecting the building to the existing network hardware. It is a residential house, which is in part intended for commercial premises and the second part is intended for housing. The building has four floors and no basement.
