Abstrakt Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématikou komunitního bydlení, tedy jeho využitím v současné době. Začátek práce je věnován základním pojmům. Následuje seznámení s prostředím stavebního trhu. Dále je definován pojem developerská činnost a poslední částí je popis komunitního bydlení. Stěžejní částí bakalářské práce je vytvoření nového směru komunitního bydlení. V této práci je vypracován návrh komplexu a jeho cenové ohodnocení. V závěrečné fázi práce je zaměřená na analýzu trhu. Abstract This bachelor thesis deals with a topic of community housing, therefore its current application. The introduction of the thesis is devoted to basic terms, followed by familiarization with the market of the construction. There are also defined development activities and community housing. The main part of the thesis is a creation of a new way of community housing, including design and costing of this project. The final part is focused on market analysis.
