Cílem mé diplomové práce je vypracovat podnikatelský záměr rozvoje firmy. V první části se zabývám teoretickými fakty, které jsou spjaté s daným tématem, v další části představím maloobchodní prodejnu Prádlo Jana a provedu důležité analýzy vztahující se k této firmě. V poslední části předložím návrh na rozvoj firmy. The aim of my master’s thesis is entrepreneurial intention of business development. In the first part I focus on theoretical facts which are related to the topic; in the second part I present company Prádlo Jana with important comprehensive analysis. In the final part I create entrepreneurial intention of business development.
