Cílem této diplomové práce je konstrukční návrh řešení vertikálního pohonu elevátoru pro skladovací systémy LLK – Schwerlast. Práce obsahuje technickou zprávu a výkresovou dokumentaci. Technická zpráva se zabývá problematikou skladování a manipulace tyčového materiálu, způsoby řízení a manipulace skladovacích systémů a návrh konstrukce. V konstrukční části je řešen návrh pohonu a jeho hlavních částí. Hlavní části pohonu jsou zkontrolovány pomocí pevnostního výpočtu. Výkresová dokumentace je tvořena z výkresu sestavy, výrobních výkresů a svařence rámu. The aim of this master's thesis are the engineering design of solutions for vertical elevator drive storage systém LLH – Schwerlast. The project is composed of technical report ans drawing documentation. The Technical report deals with storage and handling bar material, methods of control and manipulation of storage systems and structural design. In the structural part are designed draft drive and its main parts. The main parts of drive are checked using structural analysis. The drawing documentation is composed of assembly drawing, manufacturing dravings and welded frame drawing.
