Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou a řízením rizik souvisejících s bezpečností a ochranou zdraví při práci (BOZP). Analýza současného stavu je orientována na legislativu České republiky a Evropské unie. Nástavbu zákonných povinností představují normy, které následují legislativu a zároveň poskytují rámec pro zavedení a udržování managementu BOZP. Protože se v souvislosti s BOZP vyhledávají pracovní rizika je vhodné použít metody pro identifikaci a analýzu rizik. Vybrané metody jsou aplikovány v praktické části práce a díky systémovému přístupu vyhledávání a hodnocení rizik jsou odhalena pracovní rizika. Pro nejzávažnější rizika jsou navržena opatření k jejich eliminaci či minimalizaci, přičemž opatření a postupy jejich zavedení jsou navrženy s ohledem na jejich finanční náročnost. This diploma thesis covers the risk analysis and risk management related to occupactional health and safety (OSH). The analysis of the current situation is done concerning the legislation of the Czech Republic and the European Union. The extension of the legal duties and obligations are formed by standards that follow the legislation, possibly provide the sphere for implementation and maintenance of the OSH management. Due to the interconnections between OSH and seeking the risks at the workplace, it is appropriate to use the methods for identifications and analysis of these risks. The chosen methods are applied in the research part of this work. The system access for searching and evaluating the risks provides data to find the weak spots causing risks at the workplace. For the main risks, the measures are proposed to eliminate them or at least minimize their occurrence. These measures and procedures and proposed with regards to their costs.
