Bakalářská práce se zabývá technologickou studii rodinného domu nacházejícího se v Havířově, se zaměřením na provádění modernizace stavby. Práce je zpracována na základě projektové dokumentace. Rodinný dům slouží k trvalému bydlení čtyřčlenné rodiny. Stavba je umístěna v městské části Životice. Svým vzhledem zapadá do místní zástavby. Jedná se o dvojpodlažní dřevěnou konstrukci s obytným podkrovím. Pro technologickou studii bude vypracován časový plán rekonstrukce, rozpočet, návrh stojů, technologické předpisy vybraných stavebních procesů, bezpečnost práce, kontrolní a zkušební plán. The subject of the bachelor thesis is a technological study focused on the modernization of a family house. Work is prepared on the basis of the project documentation. The family house is located in the city of Havířov , in the quarter Životice.The house is used for pernament housing a family of four. Its appearance fits in with local development.This building has two aboveground floors, this is wooden supporting structure with an attic. The time-schedule of the reconstruction, budget, machine deployment, technological regulations of selected construction processes, safety at work, inspection and test plan will be processed for this study.
