Bakalářská práce je zpracována na téma Optimalizace procesu výběrového řízení subdodavatelů stavební zakázky. Práce je členěna do dvou částí. V teoretickém vstupu jsou popsány oblasti týkající se dané problematiky a to charakteristika stavební zakázky, účastníci stavební zakázky, výběrové řízení, smlouva o dílo a proces optimalizace. Praktická část je zaměřena na systém výběrového řízení v určité stavební firmě. Je zde nejdříve popsán mechanismus výběrového řízení na subdodavatele v rámci vybrané stavební zakázky, přímo na dané stavební práci. Při definování tohoto postupu byly také zmapovány úkoly na jednotlivé pracovníky související s danou stavební zakázkou. Výstupem této práce je na základě již zmíněných vstupů návrh zlepšení situace celého průběhu výběrového řízení na subdodavatele stavební zakázky. This Bachelor's thesis focuses on an optimization of tendering process for subcontractors of a construction order. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part covers all aspects of this topic, which is to describe a works contract, its participants, the process of tendering, works contract and the process of optimization itself. The practical part focuses on a system of tendering process in a construction company. The thesis gives a detailed description of a public tender mechanism for subcontractors in relation to a specific works contract. The thesis also focuses on the tasks that are given to employees working on the works contract. The main goal of the thesis is to find effective approaches in order to improve the whole process of tendering.
