Cíl této bakalářské práce je popis vývoje českých vesnických sídel na příkladech tří vybraných obci: Bělotín, Starý Jičín a Hustopeče nad Bečvou, a následné zhodnocení možností a potenciálu těchto obcí se do budoucna dále rozvíjet. Sídla jsou hodnocena na základě jednotlivých analýz, které se zabývají jejich historií, současnou vybaveností, dopravní infrastrukturou a vizemi obcí o jejich dalším rozvoji dle územních plánů. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe the development of Czech country settlements on the examples of three selected municipalities: Bělotín, Starý Jičín and Hustopeče nad Bečvou, and then to evaluate their potential for future development. The evaluation of these locations is based on the individual analyses studying their history, current facilities, transport infrastructure and municipalities' visions of their further development according to local zoning plans.
