Předmětem bakalářské práce je stavebně technologická studie výstavby rodinného domu v Brně - Černovicích. Studie řeší realizaci hlavních technologických etap v průběhu výstavby. Speciální část je věnována v technologickém předpisu základovým konstrukcím, které jsou, vzhledem k povaze terénu, kombinací několika variant řešení. Obecně se studie zabývá technickou zprávou řešeného objektu, technologickou studií realizace hlavních technologických etap pro zadaný objekt, časovým a finančním plánem výstavby, základní koncepcí staveništního provozu, výkazem výměr určených objektů výstavby, technologický předpisem pro provedení základových konstrukcí, bezpečnostním opatřením při provádění základových konstrikcí a strojní sestavou pro etapu základových konstrukcí. The subject matter of a bachelor thesis is a building – technological study of main construction processes of family house in Brno – Černovice. The essay deals with realization of main technological phases during construction process. A specialized part is focused on foundations. Due to nature of terrain, the foundations are being realized by combination of several methods. In general, the thesis deals with a technical review of specified object, a technological study of realizing main technological phases during construction process of specified object, a time schedule and financial plan of works, a basic concept of building operations, a bill of quantities of specified works during construction, a technological instruction of works on foundations, a safety precaution in construction site and a machine set needed for foundation works.
