Tato práce se zabývá kovovými nanočásticemi, jejich depozicí na křemíkový povrch a výzkumem jejich optických vlastností. Je ukázáno, že v~důsledku modifikace koloidních roztoků zlatých nanočástic fluorovodíkovou nebo chlorovodíkovou kyselinou dochází po depozici k~výraznému zvýšení koncentrace nanočástic na povrchu. Optické vlastnosti připravených vzorků byly měřeny pomocí spektroskopické elipsometrie a reflektometrie. This bachelor's thesis deals with metal nanoparticles, their deposition from colloidal solutions to a silicon surface and investigation of their optical properties. It is demonstrated that due to the modification of these solutions by hydrofluoric or hydrochloric acid there is a distinct increase in nanoparticle concen\-tration on the surface. The optical properties of prepared samples were measured by spectroscopic ellipsometry and reflectometry.
