V této práci jsou popsány možnosti financování stavební zakázky, subjekty na stavebním trhu a konkrétní realizovaný projekt. V praktické části je charakterizována stavební společnost, která zrealizovala konkrétní stavební zakázku, na té je analyzována změna ve financování zakázky z pohledu stavební společnosti. In this thesis are describe possible ways of financing a construction contract, subjects on the construction market, and a specific executed project. The practical part of the thesis characterises the construction company that executed the specific construction contract, on which the change in financing is analysed from the perspective of the construction company.
