Práce se zabývá výskytem prasklin a trhlin u masivních ocelových odlitků, vyráběných ve slévárně ŽĎAS a.s., které vznikají v odlitcích při odstranění nálitku. U experimentálních vzorků je zkoumán vliv závěrečné dezoxidace na vznik trhlin a prasklin. Počátek práce je věnován teoretickému rozboru těchto vad. Dále je popisováno místo odběru jednotlivých vzorků, jejich chemické složení a identifikace prasklin. Následně je na vzorcích vyhodnocen výskyt jednotlivých vad v souvislosti s modifikační a dezoxidační přísadou, sledování experimentálního materiálu na mikroskopu a výsledky mechanických zkoušek. Závěr práce patří shrnutí jednotlivých výsledků a navržení optimálního postupu dezoxidace. The work deals with the occurrence of cracks and fissures in the massive steel castings produced in the ŽĎAS a.s. foundry which create in castings through the elimination of the extension. The influence on the final deoxidation on the creation of fissures and cracks is researched at the experimental samples. The beginning of the work is about teoretical analysis of these defects. Next it is described the place of the collection of these samples their chemical composition and cracks identification. After that it is evaluated the appearance of various defects in connection with modificatory and deoxidation additive, observation of experimental material with the microscope and the results of mechanical tests. The conclusion of the work belongs to sum up the individual results and proposal of optimal procedure.
