Cílem této diplomové práce je návrh Obecního úřadu s multifunkčním sálem v Dolanech u Olomouce. Budova se skládá ze dvou částí, kanceláří a multifunkční haly. Jedná se o tří podlažní budovu se suterénem. Objekt má jednoplášťovou vegetační plochou střechu se světlíky a fotovoltaikou. V suterénu jsou sklady, garáž a technické zázemí. V prvním podlaží jsou kanceláře, sklady, hygienické zázemí a multifunkční hala. Druhé podlaží zahrnuje množství kanceláří, hygienické zázemí, kancelář starosty s terasou, malou kuchyňku pro zaměstnance a zasedací místnost. Nosné obvodové stěny a vnitřní sloupy v suterénu budou železobetonové. Ostatní nosné zdi budou z vápenopískových bloků. Stropní konstrukce bude monolitická železobetonová. Obvodový plášť bude zateplen systémem ETICS. Vytápění bude zajištěno kondenzačními plynovými kotli. Budova bude větrána nuceně, vzduchotechnické jednotky budou umístěny v suterénu v místnosti strojovna vzduchotechniky. Chlazení objektu bude zajištěno fencoily, jednotka pro chlazení bude umístěna na střeše objektu. Projekt byl realizován v softwaru AutoCAD, SketchUp a Lumion. The aim of this master thesis is to design a city hall with a multi-purpose hall in Dolany u Olomouc. The building consists of two parts offices and multi-purpose hall. It is a three-storey building with a basement. It has a flat green roof with skylights and photovoltaics. The basement includes storerooms, garage and technical facilities. It is accessible via wooden stairs and the first floor includes offices, storerooms, sanitary facilities and multi-purpose hall. The second floor includes offices, sanitary facilities, mayor´s office with terrace, small cafeteria and a meeting room with a terrace. Load-bearing envelope walls and internal columns in the basement will be made of reinforced concrete. Other load-bearing walls will be made of sand-lime blocks. The floor slabs will be made of cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The building envelope will be insulated with ETICS. Heating will be provided by gas boilers. The building will be airconditioned by an AC unit in the basement. The project was carried out in the AutoCAD, SketchUp and Lumion software.
