Tato bakalářská práce popisuje podstatu systémů IR UWB. V první části jsou popsány typy impulsů, jejich výhody a nevýhody. V druhé části jsou zmíněny možné typy modulací impulsů a rozdělení IR UWB systémů podle řešení způsobu mnohonásobného přístupu. Třetí část je stěžejní pro tuto bakalařskou práci. Popisuje strukturu vysílače IR UWB, zejména používané typy generátorů a analyzuje činnost nejpoužívanějších generátorů v simulačním programu OrCAD PSpice. Čtvrtá část zabíhá do problematiky přijímačů IR UWB systémů a uvádí možné techniky detekce impulsů. This Bachelor thesis describes essence of IR UWB systems. In the first part are described types of most used pulses. In the second part are mentioned used types of modulation pulses and division IR UWB systems according to methode of multiple acces schemes. Third part is fundamental for this Bachelor thesis. It describes structure of the IR UWB transmitters, especially most used types of pulse generators and analyses their system action in simulation programme OrCAD PSpice. Fourth section run in to the problems of IR UWB receivers and features the possible technologies of pulse detection.
