Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu řízení jakosti ve společnosti LABARA, s.r.o. Je zde popsána metodika jakosti obecně a v souvislosti se spokojeností zákazníků, která je předmětem teoretické části této práce. Praktická část je zaměřena na návrh systému hodnocení spokojenosti zákazníků, na vyhodnocení informací a návrhy na zlepšení spokojenosti zákazníků. The thesis is target on the analysis of quality management in the company LABARA, s.r.o. There is described the methodology of quality in general and in context of customers satisfaction, which is subject of the theoretical part of this thesis. The practical part is target on suggestion of the evaluation system of customers satisfaction, on the interpretation of information and proposes for improving cutomers satisfaction.
