Cílem bakalářské práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace pro novostavbu bytového domu v Třebíči, který se nachází v kraji Vysočina. Bytový dům je nepodsklepený se třemi nadzemními podlažími a jedním hlavním vstupem do objektu. Celkem je navrženo šest bytových jednotek a společné prostory pro obyvatele domu. Svislé nosné konstrukce jsou z tepelně izolačních liaporbetonových tvárnic. Vodorovné stropní konstrukce a schodiště jsou monolitické. Zastřešení objektu tvoří plochá střecha s extenzivní zelení a jednoplášťová plochá střecha. Výplně otvorů jsou z plastových oken a dveří. Objekt bude vytápěn plynovými kotli. Bytový dům je navržen bez vzduchotechnického zařízení, které může být později aplikováno. Na pozemku se nachází dvanáct parkovacích stání. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to elaborate the project documentation of a new-built apartment building in Trebic, located in the Vysocina region. The apartment house is without cellar with three above-ground floors and one main entrance to the building. A total of six residentail units and common areas for the residents of the house. The vertical loadbearing structures are made of heat-insulating blocks. The horizontal loadbearing structures and staircase are made of reinforced monolithic concrete slab. The roof consists of a flat roof with extensive green and a single-layer flat roof. Windows and doors are plastic. The bulit will beg as heating. There are twelve parking spaces on the ground.
