Tato bakalářská práce řeší stavebně technologickou studii hlavních stavebních prací novostavby rodinného domu v ulici Tikovická 82 obce Ořechov u Brna. Součástí práce je detailnější popis etapy vyhotovení stropní konstrukce z montovaných panelů Spiroll a vytvoření železobetonové monolitické konstrukce pochozí terasy lokálně podepřené montovanými železobetonovými sloupy. Obecně se práce zabývá zpracováním technické zprávy řešeného objektu, technologickou studií realizace hlavních technologických etap pro zadaný objekt, časovým a finančním plánem hrubé výstavby objektu, základní koncepcí staveništního provozu, výkazem výměr určených objektů výstavby, bezpečnostními opatřeními pro vybranou technologickou etapu a strojní sestava pro zhotovení montované stropní konstrukce a monolitické konstrukce vyložené terasy. This bachelor thesis is focused on creating construction-technology study of main construction works of family house located in No. 82, Tickovická street, Ořechov u Brna. There is included detailed description of making phase of the ceiling construction from prefabricated panels Spiroll and creating reinforced concrete structure of walkable terrace locally supported by prefabricated reinforced concrete columns. Generally, the thesis deals with creating of technical review of the object, technological study, realization of major technological phases for the object, time and financial plan of rough construction of the building, the basic concept of the building operations, acreage report of the objects, security measures of selected technological phase and machine-set for making prefabricated ceiling structure and monolithic structure of inlied terrace.
