Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu rizik, která jsou v současné době velmi aktuální. Je důležité, aby společnosti preventivně prováděly identifikaci a analýzu rizik a následně tato rizika eliminovaly. V diplomové práci budou provedeny vybrané analýzy společnosti, identifikace rizik, která z analýz vyplynou a návrh opatření pro snížení vybraných rizik. This master´s thesis is focused on the analysis of risks. It is important that companies implement preventive identification and analysis of risk and eliminate these risks. In this thesis will be performed analysis of the company, identifying the risks that resulting from the analysis and design of measures to reduce certain risks.
