V diplomové práci se zabývám porovnáním konečné ceny stavby, je-li stavba prováděna svépomocí a cenou stavby, je-li prováděna dodavatelsky. V teoretické části práce se seznámíme s cenami ve stavebnictví od roku 1990 do současnosti, jejich vývojem, cenovými předpisy a cenovou soustavou v České republice. Řekneme si, jaké jsou zdroje informací pro stanovení ceny stavebního díla. Ukážeme si způsob sestavení ceny projektu v jeho životním cyklu po jednotlivých fázích života. V praktické části práce provádím analýzu ceny stavby prováděné svépomocí a dodavatelsky. U každé z nich je nejdříve popsán způsob sestavení, ceny jsou následně mezi sebou srovnávány. Na závěr je vybrána nejlevnější cena stavby dle jejího způsobu výstavby a taky mé doporučení, která forma výstavby RD je pro stavebníka nejvhodnější In my graduation theses I am dealing with comparing the final price of a construction,if the construction is beeing realized as house raising or a supply.In the theoretic part of my theses we are going to acquaint with the prices in the building industry since the year 1990 until present,with the price development,the price order and the price system in the Czech Republic.Let us talk about what are the information resources to determine the price of a construction.We will demonstrate the way of making up the price of the project during its life cycle step by step.In the practical part of my theses I do the price analysis of a building carried out as house raising or a supply.First I describe the way of making both prices.Then the prices are compared among each other.At the conclusion the lowest price of the building is chosen according to the way of its construction and also my recommendation which construction form is the most conveniant for the promoter.
