Stúpajúca tendencia vývoja cien energií vyúsťuje do hľadania možností na zníženie jej potreby. Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá posúdením zníženia tepelných strát bytového domu. V úvode pojednáva o faktoroch vplývajúcich na spotrebu energie pri vykurovaní. Uvažuje o tepelných stratách obytnej budovy a možných opatreniach na ich minimalizovanie, ktoré vedú k zníženiu energetickej náročnosti budovy. Venuje sa výpočtu tepelných strát, ktorý bol vykonaný na konkrétnom bytovom dome pred a po zrealizovaní opatrení na zníženie tepelných strát. Následne sú tieto dva stavy navzájom porovnané a vyhodnotené. Výsledkom je zhodnotenie výhody rekonštrukcie. The rising trend in energy prices has led to the search for options to reduce its need. The bachelor thesis deals with the assessment of the heat loss reduction for an apartment building. In the introduction, it deals with factors affecting the energy consumption for heating. It reviews the heat loss of a building and possibilities to minimalize it, which leads to an energy performance reduction. Subsequently, it deals with the calculation procedure of the design heat loss for the model apartment building before and after the implementation of measures to reduce heat losses. In the end these two states are compared and evaluated with each other The result is an assessment of the reconstruction benefits.
