Cílem bakalářské práce je provést konstrukční návrh a zhotovení výkresové dokumentace přípravku pro vyvození malých zatížení. Mechanismus se v případě realizace stane součástí laboratorního tribometru konfigurace ball-on-disk v laboratořích ÚK FSI VUT v Brně. V první části práce je provedena kritická rešerše tribologických simulátorů s ohledem na uspořádání testovaných těles a způsob zatěžování. Na základě analýzy uvedených informací jsou následně navrženy čtyři konstrukční varianty. Zvolená finální varianta je dále podrobně popsána, jsou zmíněny její výhody i nevýhody. Zvolené řešení je vypracováno do podoby výkresové dokumentace a elektronických modelů. The aim of the bachelor’s thesis is to provide a design and full drawing documentation of instrument for applying low loads. In case of realization, the mechanism will be implemented into a ball-on-disc laboratory tribometer, which is used in the laboratory of IMID FME BUT in Brno. The first part of the thesis deals with research study of tribometers considering the configuration of test samples and loading mechanism systems. According to information analysis, four different variants are introduced. The final design is described in detail, including the information about the advantages and disadvantages. This design is developed into technical drawings and electronic models.
