Předložená práce se zabývá Řízením projektu výstavby. Teoretická část je zaměřena na životní cyklus projektu a jeho fáze. Popisuje se postup plánování času a tvorba harmonogramu výstavby. V závěru teoretické části je kapitola věnovaná procesu plánování zdrojů a nákladů a následné financování projektu. Druhá část práce je část praktická, zabývá se aplikací projektového řízení firmou PSK a.s., zejména organizační strukturou firmy a strukturou účastníků projektu, výběrem a řízením subdodavatelských článku, řízením času skrze harmonogram výstavby, rozpočtem a finančním plánem. Presented master’s thesis is dealing with Construction project management. Theoretical part is focused on the project‘s life cycle and its phases, describing Time planning and Construction schedule. A chapter about source planning, expenses and consecutive project financing is at the end of theoretical part. Second part of the thesis is a practical part, which is devoted to project management by company PSK a.s., especially company organisational structure and structure of project participants, choosing and managing of subsuppliers, time management via a construction schedule, budget and financial plan
