Cílem této práce je stanovení vhodnosti užití pokročilých metod nanoindentace pro od- lišné materiály. Tyto pokročilé metody měření jsou detailně popsány a následně porov- návány z hlediska časové náročnosti a přesnosti měření elastického modulu a tvrdosti. Testovacími materiály byly měď a oxid křemičitý. Srovnání metod je uskutečněno z hle- diska různých pohledů a udává obecný přehled výhod těchto metod.
The aim of this thesis is to determine the suitability of using advanced indentation methods for various materials. These advanced measurement methods are described in detail and subsequently compared in terms of time complexity and accuracy of the elastic modulus and the hardness measurement. The tested materials were copper and silica. The comparison of the methods is carried out at different views and gives a general overview of advantages of these methods.
