Diplomová práce je zaměřena na návrh a analýzu rámu silničního kola z kompozitního materiálu. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část tvoří rešerše zaměřující se na využití kompozitních materiálů při výrobě rámů jízdních kol se zvláštním důrazem na vláknové kompozity, které jsou využívány v cyklistickém prů-myslu nejvíce. Je pojednáno o výrobě kompozitních materiálů a o konkrétních techno-logiích výroby rámů jízdních kol. Předmětem druhé části je návrh rámu a numerická simulace jeho zatížení napodobující zkoušky předepsané normou, které se na rámech provádí. Rám je hodnocen z tuhostního i pevnostního hlediska. Ze vstupního návrhu je postupnými iteracemi odvozen finální rám silničního kola. Na závěr je provedeno zhodnocení výsledků a jsou dána doporučení pro další práci. This diploma thesis is focused on the design and analysis of road bike frame made of composite material. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the first part, there is a research focused on the usage of composite materials in relation to making bike frames. The main emphasis is placed on fiber composites, which are most common in cycling. Manufacturing process and production technology are discussed. The aim of the second part is design and the numerical simulation of frame in relation to stand-ard, which is used for the testing of frames. Rigidity and strength are evaluated. The final frame is obtained from the initial design due to several iterations. In conclusion, results are evaluated and recommendations for future work are given.
