Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice motivace a hodnocení zaměstnanců Komunikačního centra ve společnosti Česká pojišťovna a.s. Vlastní návrh řešení systému motivace vychází z analýzy současného stavu a teoretických poznatků a povede ke zvýšení výkonnosti zaměstnanců Komunikačního centra. This bachelor’s thesis deals with problematic of motivation and assessment of employees of the call centre in the company Česká pojišťovna a.s. Proposed motivation system is based on analysis of the current system and theoretical knowledge and it will increase the performance of employees of the company’s call center.
