Předmětem této diplomové práce je analýza způsobu řízení zásob ve společnosti TART, s. r. o. První část práce je změřena na teoretické poznatky z oblasti zásob, jejich řízení a skladování. V druhé části analyzuji zásoby zboží a jejich řízení ve společnosti. Cílem práce je předložit vhodný návrh, který povede ke snížení nákladů na zásoby a jejich skladování. The goal this diploma thesis is to analyse inventory controll of goods in company TART, Ltd. The first part is contentrated on description of knowledges of inventory, their controll and stocking. In the second part I analyse inventory of goods and their controll in the company. The purpose of this is to submit suggestions which will provide to decrease of cost of inventory and stocking.
