Náplní této práce je praktické využití modelu EFQM pomocí sebehodnotících kritérií ve zvolené firmě. Práce zohledňuje jednotlivé prvky ve fungování společnosti k identifikaci mezer v organizaci a odhalení skrytých potenciálů podniku. Content of this work is of practical use of EFQM model using self-assessment criteria in the selected company. Work takes into account the individual elements in the functioning of the company to identify gaps in the organization and the discovery of hidden potentials of the company.
