Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na studium bioelektrické aktivity svalu a její měření v systému BIOPAC. Pro správné pochopení dějů je uveden popis svalové tkáně a jejích hlavních struktur. Práce se dále zabývá elektromyografií jako významnou elektrofyziologickou diagnostickou metodou. Je zde uveden protokol vlastního měření. V něm jsou sledovány určité parametry EMG signálu svalu brachioradialis, před, v průběhu a po skončení navrženého procesu posílení tohoto svalu. Naměřené hodnoty jsou statisticky zpracovány a interpretovány. Závěrečná kapitola je věnována motivačním aktivitám pro zlepšení efektivity cvičení. The purpose of this bachelor‘s thesis is to examine muscle bioelectrical activity and its measuring in the BIOPAC system. To better understand this subject this bachelor’s thesis takes interest in a muscle tissue and all its main structure. It is also focused on electromyography as a significant diagnostic method in medicine. Subsequently there is an introduction to the practical part of bachelor‘s thesis. In this chapter the main focus is aimed at monitoring the parameters of the surface EMG signal of brachioradialis muscle. The measurements are collected in three phases, before, during and at the end of the proposed process of the strengthening of brachiotadialis muscle. The measured values are statistically processed and then interpreted. The final chapter seeks to specify the motivational activities and the enhancement of effectiveness of exercise.
