Tato bakalářská práce řeší projektovou dokumentaci nadstandardního rodinného domu pro tříčlennou rodinu v obci Srdov. Jedná se o jednopodlažní podsklepený objekt tvaru pravidelného kvádru, nacházející se na okraji vesnice v mírně svažitém terénu. Důraz byl kladen především na funkční uspořádání interiéru, pohodlné bydlení a nízkou energetickou náročnost. Ačkoliv se dům vymyká tradici místní architektury, má velkou vazbu na zdejší krajinu. Aby ji co nejméně narušoval, snaží se s ní splynout a být co nejméně nápadný. This thesis deals with the design documentation of superior house for family of three in the village Srdov. It is a single storey building with basement shape of a regular block. The house is located on the outskirt of the village in a slightly sloping terrain. Emphasis was placed on a functional interior layout, comfortable living and efficient energy. Although the house defies the tradition of local architecture, has a great link to the local landscape. In order to distort it as little as possible, trying to blend in with landscape and be the inconspicuous.
