Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je určení tržní hodnoty společnosti T-Mobile ČR a.s. Práce je rozdělena do následujících hlavních částí: strategická analýza, finanční analýza, generátory hodnoty a finanční plán, závěrečné ocenění. V jednotlivých částech jsou řešeny dílčí úkoly diplomové práce jimiž je: určení relevantního trhu a analýza jeho budoucího vývoje , posouzení finančního zdraví Společnosti, vypracování finančního plánu a ocenění. The main goal of my diploma thesis is to determine a market value of the company T-Mobile Czech Republic a.s. The thesis is divided into the following parts: strategic analysis, financial analysis, value divers, financial plan and final valuation. Partial tasks are being solved in the individual parts of the paper, which are the following: determination of relevant market and analysis of its future development, evaluation of the company's financial health, elaboration of its financial plan and final business valuation.
