Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na návrh novostavby rodinného domu v Chýnově u Tábora. Rodinný dům je volně stojící na mírně svažitém pozemku, podsklepený o dvou nadzemních podlažích. Vstup a vjezd na pozemek je situován na východní stranu z místní komunikace. Svislé nosné konstrukce v suterénu jsou vyzděny z bednících betonových tvárnic Presbeton a zatepleny extrudovaným polystyrenem Perimetr. Nosné svislé konstrukce v nadzemních podlažích jsou provedeny ze stěnových keramických panelů TM, zatepleny kontaktním zateplovacím systémem z polystyrenových desek Styrotrade Styrotherm Plus 100. Objekt je zastřešen dvěmi plochými střechami v různých výškových úrovních se sklonem 3%. Součástí suterénu jsou garáže pro dva osobní automobily.
Bachelor thesis focuses on design of a new building family house in Chýnov in the southern Bohemia. House is detached on a slightly sloping land, with basement and two above-ground floors. The entrance and entry to the ground is located on the east side of the infrastructual road. Vertical main constructions in the basement are built with Presbeton concrete blocks and insulated with extruded polystyrene Perimeter. The upright vertical holding structures on the above floors are built with TM panels, insulated with a contact thermal insulation system from Styrotrade Styrotherm Plus 100. The object is roofed with two flat roofs at different height levels with a 3% slope. Part of basement is garage stands for two cars.
