Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou možností financování konkrétního projektu veřejného zájmu s akcentem na financování formou Public Private Partnership (PPP). Stěžejní část teoretických poznatků tvoří právě informace týkající se výše zmíněné formy financování. V následující části je poté připravovaný projekt představen, a to včetně vyčíslení nákladů a výnosů týkajících se realizace projektu. Poslední část práce je věnována zhodnocení realizovatelnosti celého projektu. The Diploma Thesis analyzes the possibilities of financing an existing project of public interest with the accent on financing in the form of Public Private Partnership (PPP). The crucial part of theoretical knowledge presents the above mentioned financing option. The following part introduces the real project including cost analysis and the benefits from its realization. The last part is dedicated to the project realization and its evaluation.
