V bakalářské práci je řešena novostavba nepodsklepeného dvoupodlažního rodinného domu s kavárnou. Objekt je navržen v obci Hradec Králové. Půdorys objekt je tvořen dvěma vzájemně posunutými obdélníky. V jednopodlažní části objektu, orientované na východ, je situována kavárna. U přístupu do kavárny jsou navrženy parkovací plochy. Ve dvoupodlažní části objektu, orientované na západ, je situována bytová jednotka. Objekt je zastřešen obloukovou střechou se sklonem 2-18%. Fasáda kavárny je obložena kamenným obkladem, na ostatních fasádách jsou omítky. The bachelor´s work concerns a new building of double floored slab detached house with a café. The object is designed in the community of Hradec Králové. Ground plan of object is constituted by two mutually moved rectangles. Café is situated in a single floored part of object, oriented to the east. Parking spaces are designed at the entry to café. Housing unit is situated in a double floored part of object, oriented to the west. The object is roofed by arched roof with inclination 2-18 %. Facade of café is covered by stone facing, there are plasters on other facades.
